The role:

You will be leading delivery teams building user centred services that truly transform the interaction between organisations and the users of their services. As a Senior Delivery Manager you will own the delivery of agile projects and manage key client and internal relationships, aiming to create a healthy delivery roadmap and increase repeat business. Working into our Head of Technology, Matt Leary, the role will monitor between 1-3 delivery teams at any one time.

As a Senior Delivery Manager with Upside you will work as part of a growing multidisciplinary team, playing a key part in the emerging research practice across the company, whilst being supported to grow and develop in your profession. You will be a cornerstone of our teams delivering truly impactful services to users.

You will focus on improving the delivery team's ability to deliver against a roadmap by protecting them from outside influences and remaining focussed on goals. You must be experienced in facilitating team sessions such as daily stand-ups, show and tells, retrospectives and sprint planning alongside ensuring team boards are maintained and used for each project to minimise blockers within the delivery team.
